Sarah from Sustainable Fashion is one of the very few fashion designers that 100% lives her ethos in all parts of her life.. Along with her husband Jason, & her son Dakotah, she simply refuses to compromise on quality and will absolutely not be swayed from her path of sustainability in her business (and her life).. She personifies the very concept of sustainability! I know this because I’ve photographed all her collections for 11 years, & have witnessed first hand the choices she makes - choosing the narrow, and sometimes super difficult path of sustainability with integrity.. Get this.. all her collections are sewn by herself (& a small team of local sewers), and then pre-washed in rainwater collected from her own roof, and air dried under a rather large custom made shaded drying rack..
